Welcome lotus, seems that I am not alone on this site as an onging JW, who want a cange, i think we are o lot all over the word, who think it is hard wolfs wo are inn the leadership, never i can exept to treat peoepl like they say you must, when i talk to my friends in the cong, they agree to my stands. I think it is sad that some is so bitter, persons like amaizing, for exampel, someone like him the organisation realy needs. So nice to see that we are som more , perhpas if we have paitiens, we will se a change, jehova can bee trusted I think in this matter.

How to deal widh druggs
by happy man inall over the word this is a bigg problem today, we who hade children hade a bigg problem here i think, can you tell some of your expirienses, so many of you are angry on jw, but this is nothing if we copere whats happend widh young man and woman today, i myself have 2 sons who tell me that it is not dangerus, i am to old they say, i , waiting for your comments.. some say it is okey in dutch, and that mariujana is going to bee okey to,in several other countrys in europe.

Just An Ordinary Dad, Please.
by Englishman inim working with number 1 son at the moment, hes saving up cash for his forthcoming trip to oz in may.. my other 2 sons work with me from time to time whenever they need to earn extra money.
that way they can all run cars and enjoy good holidays.
i enjoy it too, i always seem to develop a special rapport with whichever one is working with me.. they always ask me about my younger days when we are at work, and we have a good laugh when i tell them about some of the antics that i used to get up to.

I can give you my expiriens from my life in sweden, born in the truth, and i can not say it was so difficult, think i hade a happy childhood. Now i have 5 children, i dont force them to anything, and perhaps i hade been to week, baucause,2 are not JW 21, 16, i think for me it was a bigg protection to be JW when i was young, and when i see this drogromantic today, glorfying mariujana for e xampel, i am worried, my 2 kidds say i am to old and it is not dangerus, brrrrrr.
So i think my boy who is JW have a better protection from this madnes.Could bee intresting to here what you say of this drug thing, it sems to be a very bigg problem among young peopel today, what can you as a fadher do, before it is to late? -

by blindfool inok, heres my question for all the ex-elders out there.. it will be announced thursday that my niece will be disfellowshipped.. the circumstances are not important to this discussion, but she is .
remorseful for her actions and has taken steps so it will not happen again.
she actually made a lot of sacrifices to try to make her mistake right.

Well then i gone to tell you a terrifing story.
My oldest boy was Dfd, for lieng. despite he never leing to the commite, well they say he lei to mee, but they never ask me.
And then he was dfd for almost 2 year, and hE was going on evry meting i think the most lojal member in the cong that whay, he try to gett back 8 times, alwAYs NO, no explanation.
all this beaucause some CC think he was some sort of leader to youg peopel, wasnt truth.
despite of all thIs things i think it took almost 4 year for him to get back inn good standard, but now he is JW again, think never i hade taken all this mess.
Inn sweden it was a time a few year ago when i was elder, we have a meting ther they say we must BEE much more tuff,we have been to soft, and take peopel back to early, so i dont think 1 year is inaff, 2 year is not so unusal here in this country, Jehova has a lot to lOok at when the judgment day is here, perhaps this who think they are first, be last, and these who think they are last be first, even a chanse fore you amazing i think.

Stop counting time
by Elsewhere inmost jws are guilted/coerced into going into the ministry by the time requirements.
i can't help but wonder how much time the average jw would spend in the ministry work if the time requirements were dropped.. i know that the only reason i went into field service was because i didnt want the elders coming and counseling me... that was until i figured out how to use theocratic warfare on my time sheet.
any thoughts on this?.

I dont no how it is in US, but i have been JW sens 1960, and i have never hird abauot that we must do 10 our, it was a goal, but you was a publisher even if you doing only one our.
And if we think on this 15 minutes, you are so negative and look at evrything on a negative way, int it good forold peopel who want to put inn a report what they have done, thatr they now can do it, i heard some who are very sadecfied and happy,ofcourse jehova dont need this. -

Ohups,you are wakning upp old memorys, was in your hometown 1973, on assambly tripp ,never will i forget this, we was living on a hotell only 20 meters from the beach,widh 3 other boys from sweden, one is now living in miami find himself a girl from Miami,i think he is an elder in some miami cong. What times it was, only 23 and evrything was wonderfull, never forget when we was inviting some girls to dinner on a fancy hotell, and when we must pay the money was not inaf, that was not so funny, we have to begg wid a wery angry waiter, who hun´t us out, disaster it was, and the girls who think we was rich boys from sweden.

Well I can tell how it is in sweden, here we pay fore the scriptur ouerselfs, and then we ask the peopel on the district if they want to give a gift fore the wordwide work, and i must say i have more money now ,than when we want money for the mags, i myself have aroud in sweed money 20 kr, it is 3 dollar for 3 mags, it is very commen. So our con we are 50 pub, it is given 500 $ for the mags, then all the money from peopel who gett them on the district , it is I think much more , then when we take a spec summ for the mags.
